SHOCKERS, DRAMA, and a MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER! OH MY!
I just finished Time Mends
by Tammy Blackwell, and now I am dying to read the third and final book in
the trilogy, Fate Succumbs. Honestly,
I enjoyed Time Mends slightly more
than its predecessor Destiny Binds,
and I have a feeling that Fate Succumbs
is going to be even better than Time
Mends. Hopefully, Fate Succumbs will
have all of answers to my growing list of questions (one big one in
particular).
Destiny Binds left
readers shocked and grieving over Alex; Time
Mends picks up where Destiny Binds left
off. In the wake of a tragedy, Scout has to fight through her heartache and
adapt to some surprising changes. Scout, Charlie, and Jase have to reestablish
and repair the relationships that were destroyed in Destiny Binds so they can overcome the new challenges they face in
this novel. Time Mends is aptly
named; this stunning novel is about the characters journey to find forgiveness
and redemption.
Tammy Blackwell is an extremely talented author. I LOVE her suspenseful,
passionate stories and her drive-me-crazy-cliffhangers, but it is her PHENOMENAL,
ONE-OF-A-KIND characters that really set her apart from other authors. Her characters are extremely well
written, well developed, and LIVELY. Her characters witty banter is comical. Scout,
the main character, is my absolute favorite! Her sarcastic, witty personality
is freaking hilarious!! In this novel, Scout goes through some really crappy
stuff, but she never loses her personality or her spirit. I absolutely love
that about her. I also really like Talley, Scout’s best friend. She has her own
quirky, loveable personality. Talley’s the ying to Scout’s yang; they balance
each other out.
I gave Time Mends by Tammy Blackwell 4 STARS. I strongly recommend this novel and this series. If you enjoy paranormal romance novels then you don't want to miss this one!
